What areas do you cover?

How fast can you buy my home?
Our team has purchased houses the SAME DAY. Of course this is not typical. The purchase of a house depends on an unencumbered title. We can speed the process up some since we do not have to deal with slow moving banks. We have purchased property in as little as 5 days banking days, but more typical is 10-20 banking days. Rest assured that we will work to close on your property as soon as possible.

What types of real estate do you buy?
We buy all types of real estate (Commercial, Residential, Waterfront, Multi-Unit, Restaurants,Gas Station's you name it ). Our main concentration is single family homes, but we are interested in duplex or Multi-Family Units and even commercial real estate.

Houses we have purchased in the past were valued between $10,000 and $500,000. Some were in perfect condition, some needed major repairs including a new roof, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural repair, termite damage, landscaping and more.

What will it cost me?
In Most Cases ZERO. We generally pay ALL closing costs. When we agree on a price, that is how much you will receive at closing.

What types of sellers do you deal with?
There are many reasons you may need to sell your home -- divorce, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss of family member, loss of income, disability, tired of being a landlord, storm damage, or other costly repairs that you either don't want to deal with, or can't afford to, etc. We have seen these situations before and will strive to work out a solution for you that benefits all parties.

Can you guarantee me that you will buy my home?

What if I am behind on my payments. Can you help?

Do you pay for referrals if I lead you to another house that you buy?
